The theatre is dark. Little by little, people trickle in, chatting as they find their seats. Though it’s dim, I can see the stage is set to look like a clothing store, but there is no sign of the actors. I check my watch. Still five minutes before the show is supposed to start.
Then, at seven o’clock, movement on the stage. The actors get into their positions as a voice speaks over the theatre’s sound system, telling us to turn off our devices as the show is about to begin. I move forward in my seat, eager to watch.
