Are you looking for ways to give great gifts for the holidays and help out fellow students? This is the article for you.
This coming March Break, a group of students are going to go to Guatemala for a charitable service trip. They’ll be doing services such as building a retaining wall on the side of a mountain road out of eco bricks. Eco bricks are recycled plastic water bottles filled with other recycled plastic and sand. The students will also be painting wall murals at a school in a small farming community called Vuelta Grande.
The team has joined forces with Purdy’s chocolates -which I must say make absolutely delicious chocolates- to fundraise for their trip. Profits from the chocolates go to the families who are paying for the service trip.
You can order your chocolates in a three simple steps! Go online to www.purdysgpp.com, create an account, then buy chocolates using customer code 28520. Orders are due by the 30th! Look out on the announcements for the fun videos!
