Student Council is one of the clubs that glue Iroquois together. The group of high-achieving students that get together every Monday to discuss our school and its future call themselves StudCo. All the students that work to ensure you are having a good time and a comfortable social experience aren't as appreciated as they should be. November 7th - Outfits of the Week - Fifty Shades Of Grey
This is not what you think it is - we just really love the colour grey, and fashion icons at the ridge seem to too! As Mia and I circulated the Ridge, we noticed that grey is an extremely popular colour amongst most Trailblazers. Grey is one of those colours that people associate with a feeling; sad. As amazing as you all look in these different shades of grey we’re hoping it isn't a cry for help and everybody is feeling bangarang. OSLC 2016 - The League of Extraordinary Leaders
IRHS attendance at the Ontario Student Leadership Conference (OSLC) is a well-established annual tradition at this point. Each year, select students from all grades are sent together as a team of delegates to represent The Ridge at the conference and bring back valuable leadership lessons that can be applied at our school.

Music Madness Preview
Does anybody reading love music, want to learn how to play a new instrument or listen to some great performances? If so, music madness is the right place for you! There will be opportunities for an open mic, and apparently there will be ways to learn how to play an instrument. Even if you don’t absolutely love music, you should still go! It can never hurt to learn a new skill. Music madness is on in the studio theatre every lunch this week!

Clown Craze Creeps into Canada...

It is believed that the surge of clowns wielding weapons originated in the United States of America has now entered Canada. The “creepy” clown sightings that everybody on social media has seen, has spread across more than 20 states of U.S.A, and recently into Canada, leading to arrests, school warnings, and police investigation.
